我单位需要一个免费网页,我不知道怎么弄,那位高手能帮忙告诉一下怎么弄吗

要免费网页的话先去找个免费空间，然后自己用frontpage或者Macromedia Dreamweaver MX制作一个网页，上传到空间上就好了。
不过免费空间一般都容量小，又不稳定，既然是单位要，也应该不在乎一年几百块的小钱，找个收费空间比较好一点:s_8:

你公司的应该是要个免费的网页,就是一个能介绍自己公司产品的网页.
你去一些专业的网站,可以提供相对应的免费的网页.

大概做网业要用到工具:
FLASH  Dreamweaver  Fireworke   Photoshop 和最重要的SQL数据库!

免费空间不适合集体网站,那些只能做为个人主页,最好是花点钱买个空间挂上网站好!

Here is the easy and free way. you need tools below:
(1) knowledge of HTML, PHP those internet programming language
(2) Windows Prfessional Edition, cause u need IIS (you can install from your windows Por CD
(3) go www.no-ip.com, to register and download in order to get one domain name and up-to-date IP.

for (3), normally our IP address provide by ISP it change every 3 to 6 hours, with the no-ip, u dotn have to to keep changing/updating ur IP

For (2), Basicaaly  is to use your own computer act as web server for your web site.  Here is teh way to install (you need windos professtional CD service pack2):
1. start-> control panel-> add/remove software
2. Then u will see "add/remove windows component", click it
3. select "IIS" (Internet Information System", then install
After you installed, copy the web page u did in c:\panther

Everything to done, now u want to put your web to internet, here is teh instruction:
a. Connect ur computer to internet with modem. (if you using router, u need to set teh port forward.
b. go start -> control panel ->performance and maintenance - > administration tool
c. use internet explorer borwser, type in domian name you register from no-ip.com or your ip address following the path of folder u save web page.
d. Done
